WHERE'S MY PRE-ORDER? / HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Please Note: Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days. If you have any questions about your order, you can reach out via our contact form.

For an additional small fee we can split ship orders.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Yes, we ship internationally. Please allow 3-5 weeks for international deliveries. For questions or concerns about your international shipment, reach out to us via the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

If you've created an account you will be able to track your order within your account profile. 

For orders without an account profile, you can track your order once you receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. All shipments are processed with USPS.

WILL I GET AN EMAIL WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

Yes, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking. 

HELP, I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM!

Reach out to us via our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include pictures of the damages and your order number (starting with "MADLIB-") and we'll make sure you are taken care of.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?

All sales are final once shipped.

We are unable to refund / reship orders older than 90 days of stated ship date or shipment confirmation email.
